I , (the artist) reserve all rights to the product/ commissioned work.

Commissioned works are for personal use only.

Clients are allowed to claim the right of their character but not the commissioned work as their own.

Clients are not allowed to claim commissioned work as their own.

Clients are not allowed to print the commission out as merch for sales and etc.

Clients are NOT ALLOWED to make profit using the commissioned work unless they have purchased the commercial rights.

The client MUST ONLY upload the commissioned work with proper credits.

Commissioned work is purely digital only.

I (artist) have the right to publish the finished artwork on my platforms and use them as my portfolio. (This can be discussed if the client wouldn’t want their work to be reveal on social media but NDA fees will be charges unless full commercial rights is purchased)

Upon your (client’s) purchases of any of my services, you (client) have automatically accepted my Terms and Conditions and you are obligated to follow them.

If the client infringed copyright, every rights of the commissioned work will be retracted.

Normal commissions are for PERSONAL usage only.

Clients are not allowed to resell the commissioned work to other parties unless client purchased FULL COMMERCIAL rights for the commission.

BASIC Commercial (1.5x original price or 2x original price, depending on chosen service) : for Content use/ Promotional use/ Memberships/ Subscription use

FULL Commercial (5x original price) : for Content use/ Promotional use/ Memberships/ Subscription use/ Merchandise/ ads / resale

Extra PSD for illustrations, emotes, chibi commission for rigging use (2x original price).

Send in email (email : [email protected]) or DMs (available for different platform) or fill in the google form (accessible via make order button) with full references art for the character and details about the commissions (eg : poses and etc.)

A quoted price will be given based on the commission details.

I will only start working on the commission once at least 50% of the full payment is received.

For paypal payment method, order below $100 are advised to full payment before the commissions.

Sketches will be sent over for revisions and approval.

3 free revisions during sketch stage. Major changes are subjected to charges.

Completed work without watermark will only be sent over via google drive after the full payment is received.

At least 50% upfront payment must be made before starting the sketch.

Remaining payment must be made after the work is completed.

Unfair cancellations will not result in refund to the client if the client cancels an in-progress commission without valid justification.

If the artist cancels the commissions, a full refund will be issued to the client.

Any major changes after the approved sketch will be charged accordingly.

Refunds are not available after the sketch is approved.

Completed work (jpeg,png) will only be sent through email or wetransfer (if no email provided, we will send the wetransfer link to the communicate channel eg, discord, dms). No physical copy/ hardcopy will be sent.
